The hotel is conveniently located near everything - from the beaches to the cute cafes behind. the room offers a lot of space, including a living room and a kitchen area. the staff is friendly and helpful, especially in assisting with scooter rentals during the stay. They even modified breakfast to be vegan upon request.
Housekeeping can be inconsistent, with rooms sometimes not being cleaned daily.

Marvellous location, 2 miles from city center. From the train station 15 mins walk, easy to find. Staff were excellent, room was comfy and huge. Variety of delicious food.

Location was fantastic - just a short walk from the beach and the Ashram. the room was spacious with a kitchen, bedroom, and dining area. the staff were exceptional and provided great recommendations for exploring the city.
Room cleaning was not done daily, which was noticeable due to sand from the beach. A tap outside the hotel for washing feet to prevent sand from entering rooms would be beneficial.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, with the hotel conveniently located near charming cafes and attractions, including Cafe Xtasi, which is just a mile away.

During my recent stay at Palais De Pondichery, the hospitality exceeded my expectations. Mr Murugesan was exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs, making us feel truly valued. the hotel staff, from the guard to the service team, provided top-notch service with a warm and welcoming attitude. The spacious and well-maintained rooms, along with the delicious complimentary South Indian breakfast, added to the overall enjoyable experience. Cons: nothing all good 😊.

The location of Palais De Pondichery is great, being close to Kanniga Parameswari Temple. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services. I was happy to find a Wheelchair Accessible room with a bedroom and a sofa bed available for my stay.
